Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in sour cream and flour until combined.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until set.
  10. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
