- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until onion is translucent.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Cover and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
