Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  4. Add cheddar cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
