A creamy and cheesy baked dish featuring Brussels sprouts.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook Brussels sprouts for 5 minutes.
- Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Add cheddar cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- Use fresh Brussels sprouts for best results.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- Can be prepared ahead of time and baked before serving.
