Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, blanched broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
