- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, blanched broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute cooked turkey for chicken.
- You can use brown rice for a healthier option.
- Add more cheese if you prefer a cheesier casserole.
- Try adding cooked mushrooms or bell peppers for added flavor.
