Description

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich filled with cheesy garlic bread and shrimp.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of garlic bread
  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each garlic bread slice.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer shrimp and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt over the cheese.
  5. Top with the other slice of garlic bread, buttered side up.
  6. Grill for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Flip and grill the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing.

  • Use fresh or frozen shrimp.
  • For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
