A delicious grilled cheese sandwich filled with cheesy garlic bread and shrimp.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of garlic bread
- 1 cup of cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each garlic bread slice.
- On the unbuttered side, layer shrimp and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and salt over the cheese.
- Top with the other slice of garlic bread, buttered side up.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip and grill the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a minute before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen shrimp.
- For extra flavor, add herbs like parsley.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
