Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until soft.
  4. Stir in the uncooked rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
