Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add butter, milk, sour cream, and ranch seasoning to the potatoes.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fold in half of the cheese and half of the bacon.
  7. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  8. Top with remaining cheese and bacon.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
  10. Garnish with green onions before serving.
