Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
