Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes, diced
- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, olive oil, ranch dressing mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped green onions before serving.
- You can use any type of smoked sausage.
