Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, ranch dressing, and sour cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the potato mixture in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
