A delicious twist on classic sloppy joes served on toasted garlic bread with melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
- 4 slices of garlic bread
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in sloppy joe sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place garlic bread on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto each slice of garlic bread.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sloppy joe sauce to taste.
- Use any type of bread you prefer.
- For extra flavor, sprinkle some parsley on top before serving.
