Description
Cheesy taco sticks are a delicious snack or appetizer filled with seasoned meat and melted cheese.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup salsa
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- Roll out crescent dough on a baking sheet.
- Cut dough into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese on each triangle.
- Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end.
- Place on the baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with salsa.
Notes
- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Try adding beans for extra fiber.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen.
