  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for 1 hour.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  9. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
