Delicious chicken alfredo served with garlic bread.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Drain pasta and combine with the alfredo sauce.
- For garlic bread, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix butter and parsley, spread on sliced French bread.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

- Use grilled chicken for added flavor.
