Ingredients

  • 2 cups fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  7. Drain pasta and combine with the alfredo sauce.
  8. For garlic bread, preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Mix butter and parsley, spread on sliced French bread.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
