- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken with alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture in a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the chicken mixture.
- Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the noodles.
- Add another layer of the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle one cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
- Repeat layers, finishing with noodles, remaining chicken mixture, and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
