Delicious chicken alfredo lasagna rolls filled with creamy sauce and cheese.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Lay a noodle flat, add a portion of the chicken mixture, and roll it up.
- Place the roll seam side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining noodles and filling.
- Top with remaining alfredo sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add spinach for extra nutrition.
- Use store-bought alfredo sauce for convenience.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
