Description
A simple and delicious chicken and rice dish made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of uncooked rice
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the uncooked rice in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the chicken breasts on top of the rice.
- Mix cream of chicken soup and chicken broth in a bowl, then pour over the chicken.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix everything together before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Use brown rice for a healthier option, but increase cooking time.
