Description

A creamy pasta dish featuring chicken and shrimp in a rich carbonara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 oz pancetta or bacon, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add pancetta or bacon and cook until crispy.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add chicken and shrimp, cooking until shrimp is pink.
  6. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
  8. Remove from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture, mixing well.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
