Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 oz pancetta or bacon, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add pancetta or bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and shrimp, cooking until shrimp is pink.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
