Description

A delicious and creamy chicken and spinach casserole made with cream cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, spinach, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
