A delicious and creamy chicken and spinach casserole made with cream cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, spinach, cream cheese, and chicken broth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

- Serve with rice or bread for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
