Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mashed avocado, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken avocado mixture on one slice of bread.
