A delicious chicken cordon bleu stromboli filled with chicken, ham, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 slices ham
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the dough.
- Layer the shredded chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese on the dough.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the dough tightly to form a log.
- Seal the edges and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Can use turkey instead of chicken.
- Add vegetables for extra flavor.
