Creamy chicken fillet with spinach in Alfredo sauce
Ingredients

- 4 chicken fillets (6 oz each)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken fillets and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate chicken in garlic and Italian herbs for a few hours before cooking.
- Try adding sun-dried tomatoes for a different taste.
- Pair with fettuccine pasta for a complete meal.
