Creamy chicken fillet with spinach in Alfredo sauce


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken fillets and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  9. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.

Notes

  • For added flavor, marinate chicken in garlic and Italian herbs for a few hours before cooking.
  • Try adding sun-dried tomatoes for a different taste.
