- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
- Stuff each pocket with the cream cheese mixture.
- Dip stuffed chicken in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with marinara sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with extra marinara sauce on the side.
