Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar; mix well.
- Incorporate shredded carrots and green onions; cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- To serve, spoon chicken mixture into lettuce leaves.
- Drizzle with peanut sauce and garnish with chopped peanuts.
