- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
- Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Fold in the cooked egg noodles.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
Notes
- Feel free to use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- You can substitute the vegetables based on what you have.
- For a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of chicken broth.
