Ingredients

- 4 chicken quarters
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat chicken quarters dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken quarters.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket skin-side down.
- Cook for 25 minutes.
- Flip chicken quarters and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, increase cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
- You can marinate the chicken for a few hours for enhanced flavor.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
