  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chicken quarters dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  4. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken quarters.
  5. Place chicken in the air fryer basket skin-side down.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes.
  7. Flip chicken quarters and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
