Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked, then slice it.
- Slice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, grilled chicken, avocado, tomatoes, corn, and black beans.
- Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
