Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, grapes, and lemon juice.
- Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the chicken salad mixture onto two slices of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
