  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey.
