A simple and flavorful chicken satay served with an easy Thai peanut sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium heat for 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey.
- Serve chicken satay with peanut sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Soak skewers for at least 30 minutes before using.
- Adjust spice levels in the sauce to your preference.
- Can use chicken thighs for more flavor.
