Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in white wine and chicken broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
- In another pot, bring water to a boil and add rice.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Stir in butter and parmesan cheese into the rice once cooked.
- Serve chicken over rice and spoon sauce on top.

- Adjust garlic quantity based on taste.
- Use low-sodium broth for less salt.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
