Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in white wine and chicken broth, simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In another pot, bring water to a boil and add rice.
