Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, cheese, bell peppers, onions, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place two tortillas on a sheet pan.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas.
  5. Top with the remaining tortillas.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve.
