Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  4. Add shredded chicken and taco seasoning, mixing well.
  5. Place two tortillas on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Top with the remaining tortillas.
