- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each tender in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded tenders in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and cooked through.
- Check internal temperature for 165°F (74°C) before serving.

- For extra flavor, add herbs like thyme or oregano to the breadcrumbs.
- Serve with dipping sauces such as honey mustard or ranch.
