A simple and flavorful chicken thigh recipe cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup potatoes, diced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add garlic, onion, carrots, and potatoes.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
