Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
- Place the browned chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
