Delicious chili garlic butter chicken bites served with creamy Cajun corn Alfredo twists.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup corn, cooked
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup pasta of choice
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. In another pot, cook pasta according to package instructions.
  6. In the skillet, add corn, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning.
  7. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  8. Mix in Parmesan cheese.
  9. Combine pasta with sauce and chicken mixture.
  10. Serve hot.
