Delicious chili garlic butter chicken bites served with creamy Cajun corn Alfredo twists.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup corn, cooked
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pasta of choice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another pot, cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In the skillet, add corn, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning.
- Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese.
- Combine pasta with sauce and chicken mixture.
- Serve hot.
