Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
