Ingredients
- Red bean paste – 200g
- Glutinous rice flour – 300g
- Sugar – 100g
- Water – 150ml
- Coconut milk – 100ml
- Sesame seeds – 50g
- Food coloring – optional
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
- Gradually add water and coconut milk, stirring until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into portions and add food coloring if desired.
- Steam each portion for 20 minutes.
- Once cooled, mold into shapes and fill with red bean paste.
- Roll in sesame seeds before serving.

- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
