Ingredients
- Red dates – 200g
- Almonds – 150g
- Walnuts – 150g
- Candied ginger – 100g
- Sesame seeds – 100g
- Rock sugar – 200g
- Honey – 100ml
Instructions
- Chop the red dates, almonds, and walnuts into small pieces.
- Mix the chopped ingredients in a bowl.
- Add candied ginger and sesame seeds to the mixture.
- In a saucepan, melt the rock sugar with honey over low heat.
- Pour the melted sugar mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let it cool completely before breaking it into pieces.
