Ingredients

- 2 cups of glutinous rice
- 1 cup of red bean paste
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1 banana leaf
Instructions
- Soak glutinous rice in water for at least 4 hours.
- Drain the rice and mix with coconut milk, sugar, and water.
- Line a steaming tray with banana leaf.
- Add a layer of rice, then a layer of red bean paste, and top with more rice.
- Steam for 30 minutes.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
