A festive menu for Chinese New Year celebrations.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 kg of chicken, cut into pieces
- 500 g of noodles
- 300 g of vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 200 g of soy sauce
- 100 g of ginger, minced
- 100 g of garlic, minced
- 50 g of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Boil noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Add cooked noodles to the chicken and vegetables.
- Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal.

- Use any vegetables you like.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 2 days.
