Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken, cut into pieces

  • 300 g of vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 200 g of soy sauce
  • 100 g of ginger, minced
  • 100 g of garlic, minced
  • 50 g of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden brown.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Boil noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Mix well and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your meal.
