Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Red bean paste – 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds – 1/2 cup
  • Cooking oil – for greasing

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Grease a steaming tray with cooking oil.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the tray.
  4. Add a layer of red bean paste on top.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture over the red bean paste.
  6. Steam for 30 minutes.
  7. Let it cool and cut into pieces.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
