Ingredients
- Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Red bean paste – 1 cup
- Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl.
- Add sugar and coconut milk, stir until smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into a greased pan.
- Spread red bean paste over the first layer.
- Pour the remaining mixture on top.
- Steam for 30 minutes until set.
- Let cool and cut into squares.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the mixture is smooth to avoid lumps.
- Adjust sugar according to taste.
- Can substitute red bean paste with other fillings.
