Ingredients

  • Glutinous rice flour – 2 cups
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Coconut milk – 1 cup
  • Red bean paste – 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds – 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl.
  2. Add sugar and coconut milk, stir until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a greased pan.
  4. Spread red bean paste over the first layer.
  5. Pour the remaining mixture on top.
  6. Steam for 30 minutes until set.
  7. Let cool and cut into squares.
  8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
