Ingredients

  • Jujube (red dates) – 100g
  • Goji berries – 50g
  • Rock sugar – 80g
  • Water – 2 liters
  • Ginger – 20g

Instructions

  1. Wash the jujube and goji berries.
  2. Peel and slice the ginger.
  3. In a pot, add water, jujube, goji berries, ginger, and rock sugar.
  4. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Strain the liquid into a serving pot.
  6. Serve warm or chilled.

  • Can add orange peels for extra flavor.
