Ingredients
- Jujube (red dates) – 100g
- Goji berries – 50g
- Rock sugar – 80g
- Water – 2 liters
- Ginger – 20g
Instructions
- Wash the jujube and goji berries.
- Peel and slice the ginger.
- In a pot, add water, jujube, goji berries, ginger, and rock sugar.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a serving pot.
- Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
- Can add orange peels for extra flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste.
- Best served fresh.
