Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix flour and water to form a dough.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Combine pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each circle.
- Fold and seal the dumplings.
- Boil water in a pot and cook dumplings for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot with soy sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh ingredients for better flavor.
- You can freeze uncooked dumplings for later use.
