Ingredients

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and water to form a dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Combine pork, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling on each circle.
  6. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  7. Boil water in a pot and cook dumplings for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with soy sauce.
