Ingredients

  • 1 kg of whole fish
  • 500 g of bok choy
  • 300 g of rice
  • 200 g of sweet and sour sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dumpling filling by mixing pork, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Fill each dumpling wrapper with the mixture and seal tightly.
  3. Boil water in a large pot and cook the dumplings for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Steam the whole fish with ginger and green onions for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir-fry bok choy in a pan for 3 minutes.
  6. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  7. Serve the dumplings with sweet and sour sauce.
  8. Plate the fish and bok choy for a beautiful presentation.
