Ingredients

- 1 kg of dumpling wrappers
- 500 g of minced pork
- 200 g of chopped green onions

- 500 g of bok choy
- 300 g of rice
- 200 g of sweet and sour sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the dumpling filling by mixing pork, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Fill each dumpling wrapper with the mixture and seal tightly.
- Boil water in a large pot and cook the dumplings for 5-7 minutes.
- Steam the whole fish with ginger and green onions for 15 minutes.
- Stir-fry bok choy in a pan for 3 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the dumplings with sweet and sour sauce.
- Plate the fish and bok choy for a beautiful presentation.
