Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken, cook until browned.
- Add carrots and bell peppers, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle five-spice powder.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chicken stir-fry over rice and garnish with green onions.
