Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add oil, egg whites, vanilla, and almond extracts; stir until smooth.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden.
  6. Remove from oven and quickly place a fortune in the center of each cookie.
  7. Fold the cookie in half and then bend it over the edge of a bowl to form the shape.
