- 300g granulated sugar
- 50ml water
- Food coloring (red and gold)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar and water; heat until sugar dissolves.
- Whip egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add sugar syrup while whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the almond mixture and food coloring.
- Pipe small circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let them rest for 30 minutes to form a skin.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then cool.
- Sandwich with your chosen filling.
