Ingredients

  • 1 whole duck, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the duck with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Place the duck on a roasting rack and cook for 1.5 hours.
  4. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté mixed vegetables.
  5. Mix in cooked rice and rice vinegar, stir well.
  6. Serve the duck with rice and vegetables, garnished with green onions.
