Ingredients

- 1 whole duck, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the duck with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the duck on a roasting rack and cook for 1.5 hours.
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté mixed vegetables.
- Mix in cooked rice and rice vinegar, stir well.
- Serve the duck with rice and vegetables, garnished with green onions.

- Make sure to let the duck rest before carving.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
