Ingredients

  • Rice – 2 cups
  • Chicken – 500g
  • Broccoli – 1 head
  • Carrots – 2
  • Soy sauce – 1/4 cup
  • Ginger – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
  • Green onions – 2

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and carrots, and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve chicken stir-fry over rice and garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • This dish can be made with tofu for a vegetarian option.
  • Adjust the soy sauce based on your taste preference.
  • Serve with spring rolls for a complete meal.
